{"id":35,"date":"2016-03-16T08:45:59","date_gmt":"2016-03-16T08:45:59","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/math.utu.fi\/cie2017\/?page_id=35"},"modified":"2016-12-13T13:00:21","modified_gmt":"2016-12-13T13:00:21","slug":"home","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/math.utu.fi\/cie2017\/","title":{"rendered":"Computability in Europe 2017"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em><strong>Unveiling Dynamics and Complexity<a href=\"http:\/\/www.math.uni-hamburg.de\/spag\/ml\/ACiE\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-229 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/math.utu.fi\/cie2017\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/11\/2016\/09\/cie_logo.233x180-e1473434176774.jpg\" alt=\"cie_logo-233x180\" width=\"117\" height=\"90\" \/><\/a><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>CiE 2017 will take place on <strong>June 12-16<\/strong> in Turku, Finland.<\/p>\n<p>CiE 2017 is the thirteenth conference organized by CiE (Computability in Europe), a European association of mathematicians, logicians, computer scientists, philosophers, physicists and others interested in new developments in computability and their underlying significance for the real world.<\/p>\n<p>CiE 2017 features two <a href=\"http:\/\/math.utu.fi\/cie2017\/invited-speakers\/\">3h tutorials<\/a>, six<a href=\"http:\/\/math.utu.fi\/cie2017\/invited-speakers\/\"> invited talks<\/a>, six <a href=\"http:\/\/math.utu.fi\/cie2017\/special-sessions\/\">special sessions<\/a>, a workshop on <a href=\"http:\/\/math.utu.fi\/cie2017\/cie-women-in-computability-program\/\">women in computability<\/a>, and many contributed presentations.<\/p>\n<p>CiE 2017 is organized jointly by the University of Turku (Mathematics and Statistics) and \u00c5bo Akademi University (Computer Science).<\/p>\n<p>Note: Symposium \u201c<strong>Magic in Science<\/strong>\u201d, co-located with CiE 2017, dedicated to <strong>Grzegorz Rozenberg<\/strong> on the occasion of his 75th birthday takes place just after CiE, on June 17, 2017.
