T\u00e4m\u00e4n kertaisten p\u00e4ivien j\u00e4rjest\u00e4j\u00e4n\u00e4 toimii Turun yliopiston matematiikan ja tilastotieteen laitos. P\u00e4iv\u00e4t pidet\u00e4\u00e4n laitoksen uusien tilojen yhteydess\u00e4 yliopiston kampuksen ytimess\u00e4, &#8220;yliopistonm\u00e4ell\u00e4&#8221;. Sek\u00e4 torstain ett\u00e4 perjantain aamup\u00e4iv\u00e4n ohjelma on luentosalissa IX, Natura-talossa, ja iltap\u00e4iv\u00e4n sessiot Quantumissa (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.utu.fi\/fi\/Yliopisto\/kartta\/Sivut\/home.aspx\" target=\"_blank\">kartta<\/a>).<\/section>\n<section><\/section>\n<section><\/section>\n<section>Finnish mathematical days, Mathdays 2016,\u00a0 will take place in Turku in January 7.-8. These are organized every second year by the Finnish Mathematical Society as an exhibition of research and education of Finnish mathematics. The local organizer will be the Department of Mathematics and Statistics of Turku University. The events take place in the main campus of the university in Natura building (lecture hall IX) and the sessions take place in Quantum building, where the department has recently been relocated (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.utu.fi\/en\/university\/map\/Pages\/home.aspx\" target=\"_blank\">map<\/a>).<\/p>\n<h2>Final Words<\/h2>\n<p>The number of registered participants was 223. The organizers are happy about this, as well as everything else: the days went smoothly.<\/p>\n<p>We are greatful to all invited speakers, to all session chairmen and speakers, as well as everybody who attended.<\/p>\n<div align=\"right\">J.
