The Mathdays 2016 dinner is held on Thursday 7.1.2016. The three-course-dinner is held at restaurant Suomalainen pohja starting from 19:00. You can register to the dinner during the registration process (see Registration).

The restaurant is located almost in the city center, next to Kauppatori, at Aurakatu 24 A, 20100 Turku.

Menu

Starter:
Vegetable soup seasoned with smoked salmon (savulohella maustettua kasviskeittoa).

Main course:
Porcino-risotto, lentils and vegetables (herkkutattirisottoa, linssejä ja vihanneksia),
OR
European whitefish stuffed with vegetables, vegetables and dill potatoes (vihanneksilla täytettyä karisiikaa, vihanneksia ja tilliperunoita),
OR
Veal fillet stuffed with reindeer, Port wine sauce, vegetables and Anna’s potatoes (porolla täytettyä vasikanfileetä, portviinikastiketta, vihanneksia ja annanperunoita),

Dessert
Vanilla pannacotta with juiced berries (vaniljapannakotta mehustettujen marjojen kanssa).
