Call for Papers

The authors are invited to submit their presentations to rufidim@utu.fi by August 29, 2021.

The submissions can be either extended abstracts or drafts, full research papers, or survey articles. Simultaneous submissions to conferences with refereed proceedings are not allowed. Submissions should be in pdf format and at most 15 pages long (excluding references). The final version should be prepared using LaTeX and the standard article style.

The topics of the symposium include, but are not restricted to,

  • automata theory,
  • combinatorics on words,
  • graph theory,
  • random graphs,
  • networking games,
  • discrete dynamical systems,
  • tilings,
  • coding and information theory,
  • decidability problems,

and related topics. Also papers extending the scope to other areas of discrete mathematics are welcome.

The proceedings of the symposium will be published electronically.

Due to COVID-19, RuFiDiM VI will be organized as an online conference, and only online participation is possible.
