The Salomaa prize for 2020 is attributed to Joël Ouaknine (Saarbrücken and Oxford) and James Worrell (Oxford) for their outstanding contribution to Theoretical Computer Science, in particular to the theory of timed automata and to the analysis of dynamical systems.
